The Eight Lakes Horse Trek and Central Mongolian: 8 Days Tour
Day 1 The Karakhorum Ancient Capital
On this day of tour we will set our journey to Karakorum city, where is the most important place of Mongolian. Currently, there are remains of biggest and one of the oldest monasteries in Mongolia. This day, you may visit the oldest monasteries, and Karakorum museum /7th century remains of Turkish empire remain findings/. During your stay you can also visit King's monument.

Day 2 The Orkhon Valley
On a second day, we will head to the Orkhon valley. There you will see a waterfall and a beautiful nature of Mongolia. The Orkhon Valley Cultural Landscape sprawls along the banks of the Orkhon River in Central Mongolia. It was inscribed by UNESCO in the World Heritage List as representing evolution of nomadic pastoral traditions spanning more than two millennia.
Also, in a valley you will do some hiking to waterfall and its spectacular area. After that you will spend a night in a nomadic family's ger which is built especially for visitors.

Day 3, 4 and 5 Horse Trek to Naiman Lakes
In these days, the infamous 3 days horse trek will continue to the beautiful Naiman lakes where there are eight lakes surrounded by breathtaking huge valley, where you will get to pass by them one by one to the last and most beautiful Shireet lake where it is convenient to swim, because its fresh water lake with beautiful beach. You will spend every night with the genuine nomadic family.
Distance : 70 km
Activities: Horse riding for approximately 5 to 7 hours (depending on your horse skill and speed)
Day 6 Journey Back to the Orkhon valley.
After the eight lakes, you will go back to the base nomadic family in Orkhon valley. On the way there you will see the secluded lakes through the Tsagaan azarga mountain.
The day ends after a long horse trek, as well as here weary travelers rest, after a nice meal and our genuine nomadic family friend.

Activities: horse riding with a true nomad for an approximately 5 to 7 hours
Day 7 The Elsen tasarhai / The Sand lines
On this day, we will take you to the Elsen Tasarkhai / the Sand lines. This is the place where a nature, the gobi, a mountains, and a river meet. There you will ride a camel and go along with a sand dunes for a hour.
There is a nomadic family that you can see how they live with their livestock and you will have Mongolian traditional barbecue for your dinner and spend a night in a ger.
Distance: 190 km /paved and off road/
Activities: Camel riding, hiking, staying with nomadic family
Day 8 Back to Ulaanbaatar
In the morning you will get to visit small temple in Khugnu Khan mountain, then we will take you to your accommodation in the Ulaanbaatar city.
