Cancellation Policy

Tengri Tours Cancellation Policy:


We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of a booked tour. As a responsible tour operator, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for both our customers and our company. Please carefully review this policy before making your reservation.


Cancellation within 30 Days:

If you decide to cancel your tour within 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, all deposits made will be non-refundable. This is due to the short notice provided, which restricts our ability to fill the vacant spots.


Cancellation prior to  31 Days:

If you choose to cancel your tour more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date, a 50% deposit charge will be applicable. The remaining 50% of your deposit will be refunded to you.

Please note the following important points regarding our cancellation policy:


a) The cancellation period is calculated based on the scheduled start date of your tour.

b) Deposits will be refunded using the same payment method used for the initial reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

c) In case of no-show or failure to inform us about your cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

d) Our cancellation policy applies to both individual travelers and group bookings, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

We highly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to tour cancellations or modifications beyond our control.
