Day 1 Tsagaan Suvarga / The White Stupa

Venture out into the Gobi desert for a glimpse into traditional Mongolian life.

 The feature of this area is a rocky formation eroded by the wind and look like a ruined city.   


It is a sheer slope that was an ancient seabed that featured a sedimentary structure that was created over millions of years. It is interesting to see this slope because it faces eastward towards the sun.  We will overstay in the ger.

Day 2 The Yol Valley

In the morning, we will drive to the Dalanzadgad city which is a capital of the southern Mongolia. After passing city, we will drive to the Yol valley which is a chance to hiking in narrow cliffs with a height of 2500 metres (8202,10 feet),

 The water forms four small rapids. Although, the sun shines a lot in this region, the canyon remains dark so that in the bottom, a part of the river remains nearly all year along covered by a thick layer of ice. Overstay in the ger camp.

Day 3 The Khongor Sand Dune

In the morning, our team will set our journey to Khongor dunes where you will travel south Mongolia. The dunes are 27 km at its widest covering 965 square km in total reaching 200 meters (650 feet) in height and length is about 180 km. 


Once you get there, we will visit a gobi nomad family and take a break after that we'll ride a camel for about an hour around dunes and oasis. In the evening we will climb to the top of the dunes, it will be physically exhausting but the reward will be marvelous. 


You will briefly climb to the highest point and you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sun set from the top of the dunes. At night stargazing is a very famous activity here because there will be 2500-3000 visible stars and Milky Way will be very bright. You will stay with the nomad family for which we have a contract.

Day 4 The Bayanzag /Flaming Cliffs/

On this day,  we may see a wild animals on a way to the Flamming cliffs. The cliffs glow with a fiery red light that seems to mimic the radiance of the setting sun. These are best seen from below or across the escarpment. 


But no matter where you stand or what time you visit, you can still witness the breathtaking magnitude and raw beauty of the place come to life. It was home to dinosaurs millions of years ago and it is a favorite spot. 

Spend a night in ger camp.

Day 5 Kharakhorum City and Khogno Khan National Park

On the fifth day, we'll embark on an off-road adventure to Kharkhorum, the ancient Mongolian capital, located about 350 kilometers away. You'll have the chance to explore the largest monastery in the area, steeped in history and serving as a center for Buddhist teachings. 

The monastery's architecture and serene atmosphere are sure to captivate you. We'll then visit a museum displaying artifacts from the 7th-century Mongolian Empire, offering insights into the culture and lifestyle of that era. If time allows, we can make a detour to the stunning Elsen Tasarkhai dunes, where desert and steppe landscapes blend beautifully. 


Walk the dunes, capture breathtaking photos, or simply savor the tranquility. This day promises historical discoveries, cultural immersion, and encounters with natural wonders, giving you a memorable glimpse into Mongolia's past and present.

Activities: Monastery and Museum 

Day 6 Back to Ulaanbaatar

On a last day of our trip, we will head back to the Ulaanbaatar city. On this day we'll take you historical ruins of monastery which you can visit some intact monasteries in a lot of history to tell.
